Verifying the validity of a patent or trade secret would be impractical and MediaFire is not a dispute resolution service, therefore we find it necessary to require a subpoena, court order or other valid legal process to establish and defend your intellectual property rights, and upon receipt of same, and as required by law, MediaFire will immediately suspend access to the Content.
In accordance with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, non-public information about MediaFire account holders is not released except as lawfully required by appropriate legal process such as a subpoena, court order, or other valid legal process.
